DAY 15 TRANSPORTER INFORMED AND THE CAR IS PICKED UP IN BOSTON, FOR HAULING TO FORT LAUDERDALE.
DAY 20 TRANSPORTED DELIVERS THE CAR IN FORT LAUDERDALE. THEN THE CAR IS TRANSPORTED TO DAVIE, FL.
DAY 30 CAR REGISTERED IN FLORIDA. NEW TITLE. VIN WDB-109-01812-00349
DAY 157 CAR ENTERS H11 CLASSIC SPEED / ENG GROUP RACING SHOP FOR 100% RECOVERY AND REDESIGN AS 300SEL MODEL SPA 1971
DAY 158 SPARK PLUGS TAKEN OUT, MIRACLE OIL TREATMENT FOR THE 8 PISTONS. NEW SPARK PLUGS AND SPARK CABLES ORDERED.
DAY 165 INTERSTATE 100 AMPS BATTERY INSTALLED. ENGINE TURNS FREE.
DAY 175 CAR INSTALLED ON JACKS STANDS, WHEELS TAKEN OFF, INSPECTION OF THE UNDER CARRIAGE, WHEELS HUBS, DISK, CALIPERS, HOSES.
DAY 176 SPARK PLUGS INSTALLED. TANK, FUEL PUMP, FUEL LINES DRAINED AND CLEANED. ELECTRICAL LINES TO PUMP CHECKED. NEW FUEL FILTER
DAY 180 RADIATOR DRAINED AND FLUSHED, NEW FUCHS COOLING MAINTAIN FRICOFIN INSTALLED, OVER MB SPECKS.
DAY 182 ENGINE OIL PAN (ENGINE CARTER) REMOVED, CLEANED. OIL PUMP CLEANED, NEW OIL PAN GASKET INSTALLED.
DAY 184 ENGINE AIR FILTER CLEANED AND REPLACED.  INTAKE CLEANED. THROTTLE CABLES AND  MECHANISM GREASED AND CHECKED.
DAY 186 NEW ENGINE OIL FILTER. 15W40 FUCHS TITAN HD  ENGINE OIL, 20 LITERS IN.
DAY 187 TRANSMISSION FLUSHED. NEW FILTER AND TRANS. SEAL. FUCHS ATF 4134 IN, 12 LITERS.
DAY 190 TRANSMISSION BELTS CHECKED AND REPLACED. HYDRAULIC FLUID REPLACED WITH FUCHS TITAN PS, NEW STEERING PUMP FILTER INSTALLED.
DAY 195 COILED CHECK. DISTRIBUTOR CHECK. OIL LEVEL CHECK. FUEL PUMP CHECK. ENGINE STARTED. ENGINE WORKS PERFECTLY. 20 MINS TEST.
DAY 200 120 MINS. ENGINE RUNS WITH THE TRANSMISSION ENGAGED IN DRIVE. NO PROBLEMS.
DAY 201 NEW ENGINE OIL FILTER AND NEW 20 LITERS FUCHS TITAN HD OIL INSTALLED.
DAY 251 ENGINE STARTED. ENGINE WORKS OK.
